All course purchases made on www.skillantra.co are subject to the terms below. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

  • Less than 20% of the course content has been viewed or downloaded.

  • The course was purchased directly from SKILLANTRA and not via a third-party promotion or partner.

Note: Courses purchased as part of discounted bundles or limited-time offers may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@skillantra.co with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Email address used for registration

  • Order number

  • Course title

  • Reason for refund request

We will assess your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The request is made after 7 days of purchase.

  • More than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

  • The course was purchased during a non-refundable promotional campaign or via a third party.

  • You violate our Terms and Conditions or misuse the platform.

  • You change your mind after full access has been granted.

5. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)

If you are subscribed to a membership or access plan:

  • You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time during the subscription.

  • Your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

6. Course Cancellation or Platform Error

If a course is removed, canceled, or fails to meet its published description due to a platform error, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • A course credit to apply toward another course.

Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of course purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed and the course was purchased directly from SKILLANTRA.  with your name, email, order number, course title, and reason for the request. Refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Refunds are not available after 7 days of purchase, if more than 20% of the content has been accessed, for third-party or promotional courses, or if terms are violated. Subscription plans may be canceled anytime, but unused time is non-refundable, and access continues until the end of the billing cycle. In case of course removal, cancellation, or platform errors, a full refund or course credit may be offered. For any disputes, contact our support team to resolve issues fairly and transparently.
